Ballito Estates letting department specializes in short-term holiday letting of self-catering units in the Dolphin Coast. With Ballito fast becoming a popular holiday destination, we are able to:

• Assist in providing beachfront accommodation to holidaymakers. Our accommodation ranges from basic to luxury.
• Assist owners who are wanting to earn that additional income, by listing and letting out their units. We work on a commission basis so our fees are only payable if we let out your unit.

Property administration is the core business of Ballito Estates (Pty) Ltd. With just under 300 schemes under our administration, we have a skilled set of staff and customized operating software so that we can offer all our schemes a complete administrative service.

A dedicated team is provided to each scheme managed by us that comprises a designated Portfolio Manager, portfolio assistant, accountant, creditors clerk and debtors clerk.

• Payment of all creditors, suppliers including municipal and payroll expenses.
• Payroll services, issuing of pay slips, maintaining leave records, submitting EMP returns.
• Arrear levy collection up to handover to a debt collecting attorney and continued liaising with attorneys.
• Preparing the pre-audited financials and submitting to the auditors for audit.
• Preparation of annual budgets, including levy determination.
• Management of funds and the investment thereof.
